Taejoon Pharm (co-chief executive officer Tae Young Lee and Joon Youb Lee) achieved the first certification of 'Gyeonggi Good Work Place' introduced for the first time to local governments by the Gyeonggi Provincial Government in 2010 and received the certification again through the extension inspection (Period: December 1, 2013 - November 30, 2016). 

The 'Gyeonggi Good Work Place (GGWP)' is a system which selects exemplary companies in the trusted business administration in Gyeonggi Province and performs diagnosis and assessment based on the aggressiveness of hiring female workforce, trust index between the CEO and employees, status of implementing family affinity system in the company and the trust-building culture. The system is known for its strict standards. 

The pharmaceutical company paved the road for its members to realize their dreams and meet the desire for learning by opening the in-bound MBA course at the end of last year. Also, the company implemented 'Taejoon Pharm and ACCUZEN Hanmaeum Tour' walking along the Dulegil in the Mt.
